One hour. One thing. Sorted.

We've become obsessed with the big transformation.

The six-month programme, the morning routine, the woman who disappeared and came back peaceful, hydrated and mysteriously good at boundaries. Lovely. But most of the time you don't need your whole life rebuilt by Friday. You need that one thing to stop eating you alive.

So bring me the thing.

The food you've stopped cooking.

The mornings that are over before they start.

The inbox you can't look at directly.

The friends you love and can't reply to, because replying means explaining, and you don't have the energy to make your pain easy to be near.

Whatever it is, we find what's actually underneath it (it's rarely what you think), and you leave with one move you'll actually make. Not a plan. You have plans. The plans are trapped in a drawer.

It's also the easiest way to find out if I'm your kind of person.

I'm direct, I'll name what's going on, and I won't tell you you're fine. Some people love that. Some people find it fucking unbearable.

An hour together is an easy way to find out which you are.

If we click, there's The Rebuild. If we don't, you've still sorted the thing.

How it works

  • You book, then do your Capacity Map: three questions with The Other Claire, my AI twin. I turn up already knowing where your capacity is fooked, so you don't spend our hour explaining your life from the beginning.
  • We talk live, or by voice note within 48 hours if a call is one job too many today. Both count.
  • We name the real problem and find the first move. Small enough to survive a bad day, because the good days don't need me. We make the move together.
  • You keep the recording and your Map. Don't take notes. You'll lose the notes.

Not for you if you want everything rebuilt at once (that's The Rebuild), you want someone to tell you you're doing amazing, or that you need therapy or crisis support. This isn't that, and you deserve the right help.
