FED BY CLAIRE / ABOUT CLAIRE

This is not self-improvement.
It is self-reclamation.

Fed By Claire exists for late-diagnosed neurodivergent women rebuilding from burnout, perimenopause, and identity loss - with support that respects how loud life
and your brain can get.

Fed, not fixed.

You’re not broken. You’re injured. Injuries heal, just not the way anyone told you they would.

I know because I've done it.  I'm still doing it.

I’m Claire.

Claire, founder of Fed By Claire

I built this from down in the pit, not from a podium above it.

I suckled at the corporate teat for years - senior executive assistant to people with very large job titles, doing what I now recognise as shadow strategic thinking. Holding the systems, seeing the patterns, making everything run while someone else’s name went on it. Then I built a systems business of my own, supporting creative entrepreneurs, working remotely since long before 2020 made it compulsory. I was extremely good at all of it. It was quietly costing me everything.

Late diagnosis (AuDHD, since you’ll want the specifics), burnout, perimenopause; the full set, arriving roughly together, the way it does for so many of us.

The name FedbyClaire comes from a lifetime of feeding everyone else first. This is what I built when I finally turned the same strategic brain on my own recovery.

Everything here is autobiographical. The tools exist because I needed them and couldn't find them.

Here’s what nobody tells you.

Recovery isn’t getting the old you back. She’s not coming back. That’s not bad news although it might feel like it.

It also isn’t a retreat with a wellness babe in Bali, a 5am morning routine, or a planner with a nicer font. (I’ve tried the planners. They’re in a drawer. It’s a graveyard in there.)

It’s quieter and stranger than that. You rebuild on purpose: how you rest, what you eat, what you wear, who you keep around, how your days run. You stop trying to return and start choosing.

That’s re-entry. I’m living it in real time, on ordinary Tuesdays, a few steps ahead of you and showing my working.

This is for you if:

You’re late-diagnosed, probably perimenopausal, and were never quiet about it.

The “too much” one. Clever, frayed, fed up, still funny.

If you want gentle positivity and a 30-day challenge, there are lovely people for that. This isn’t it.

Recovery is possible. It just doesn’t look like you think.

Tools for your worst days, not your best ones.

Start with the support that meets you where you are now.
